  • Familiarity with AI tools such as GPT models or AI document processing tools.
  • Strong process mapping and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
  • Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar tools).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while taking direction from senior leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exposure to ERP systems (IBM-based, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Basic programming skills (Python preferred).
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.

 KPIs/SUCCESS MEASURES

  • Number of processes documented and evaluated.
  • Automation solutions delivered on time and within scope.
  • Measured hours saved and efficiency improvements.

  • Naturally curious and process-oriented.
  • Strong analytical thinker with attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders across departments.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy toward teams impacted by change.

WHAT WE OFFER:

In addition to a collaborative and innovative work environment and the ability to make a significant company impact, you will receive:
