Job Title: 1st Shift Process Technician

Location: Zeeland, Michigan

Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift)

Pay: $25โ€“$30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

The Process Technician is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, high product quality, and minimal downtime. This role supports production teams by troubleshooting equipment and process issues, maintaining process standards, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and adjust manufacturing equipment to meet production specifications and quality standards.
  • Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and product quality.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Perform routine inspections and document process data, including cycle times, scrap rates, and production output.
  • Assist with new product launches, equipment trials, and process validations.
  • Train and support production operators on proper machine operation and process standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
