The Wendy’s family is looking for a talented Shift Manager to join our team. As a Wendy’s Shift Manager, you will be the key to ensuring quality food, a fun work environment, and efficient operations. With us, you will learn the art of making food better than expected at a fast-food place.

What you will be doing:

  • If a Wendy’s restaurant was a person, it’d be you: fun, fast, friendly, and never out of bacon.
  • Handle customer situations, good or bad, like a boss.
  • Train and guide new team members.
  • Maintain food safety standards and procedures.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of one year of restaurant work experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to give and take direction effectively.
  • Flexible work availability.

Requirements:

  • Ability to adhere to Wendy's Food Safety, Cleaning, Guest Satisfaction, and Friendliness Standards.
