The Program Manager of Construction will lead and oversee a large-scale branch refresh program for a large financial services client. This role requires a seasoned professional having experience in construction project management within retail banking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall strategy for the branch refresh program, aligning with client objectives and industry trends.
  • Manage a portfolio of 100+ branch renovation projects simultaneously across multiple geographic regions.
  • Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from conception to completion.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence, drive, and motivate cross-functional team members and stakeholders ensuring alignment and commitment to program goals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Develop and maintain program budget, critical path, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving complex issues that arise during the program's lifespan.
  • Monitor KPIs & CPIs to track program success and report on progress and risks to executive leadership.
  • Diligently monitor compliance with SLAs and other contractual obligations ensuring all stakeholders are meeting their commitments.
  • Drive innovation in branch design, incorporating new technologies and sustainable products.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-site renovation programs.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives is a plus.

Estimated compensation for this position:
140,000.00 - 200,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
