With the recent acquisition of, ACENTUS, a fast-growing, technology driven medical products company focused on providing vital medical supplies for patients living at home with diabetes and other chronic conditions. We are searching for an Account Manager to be to add to our dynamic field sales team. We offer a compelling and rewarding career opportunity for highly talented, motivated, and inspired individuals with a desire to be in the rapidly changing healthcare technology field.

The Account Manager ? Continuous Glucose Monitor?s primary mission is to develop new and service existing patient referral sources for the company's Diabetes product line, targeting endocrinology and large primary care practices within a strategic geographic territory. The position requires an individual who is highly self-motivated, enjoys a high energy work environment and has a hunger for learning. Knowledge of the medical supply industry and respective technology platforms is not required, however is a plus.

A Day in the Life of an Account Manager

  • Market the Continuous Glucose Monitor unique patient supply service and proprietary technology to diabetes clinicians.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clinical care givers.
  • Continuously assist the company?s referral network to stay apprised of the category?s new products and the requirements for insurance coverage of these products.
  • Perform group and individual presentations on product choices and qualification guidelines to referral sources.
  • Achieve referral quotas and company objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal & state regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards and company policies.
  • Communicating effectively and following through on all commitments and client needs

Compensation Package

Account Managers are provided a base salary, a quarterly bonus and commission structure, plus an expense account package.

Performance Pay

Performance pay is based on the ability to grow business, order volumes, client relationships and meet additional territory goals.

Performance pay includes the potential:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • A proven track record of accomplishments and over achievement
  • An outgoing, energetic, and pleasing personality with the demeanor and flexibility to communicate with patients, physicians, nurses, case managers and other professionals.
  • Ability to handle fast paced environment and multitasking.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
  • The discipline to adhere to and operate within a highly regulated industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
