As a Prism Client Services Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering excellence while navigating the fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape of the healthcare industry. Your work will directly enhance the client experience and ensure patients and providers receive the exceptional care and support they deserve.

A day in the life of a Client Services Representative Professional:

  • Monthly phone and electronic communication with current clients for order renewals.
  • Communication with physician offices to collect appropriate medical documentation.
  • Accurate data entry into the company's patient management system of all critical patient demographic, insurance, medical documentation and client product orders.
  • Communication with insurance entities to obtain eligibility and/or prior authorizations required for service.
  • Maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • An understanding of all policies & procedures required for accreditation and Medicare/Medicaid.

Position Requirements
  • Proficient in Spanish and English strongly preferred, Spanish not required
  • Must have a reliable, on-time work attendance record.
  • Solid work history with a proven track record of accomplishments.
  • The demeanor and flexibility to communicate with patients, physicians, nurses and other skilled professionals.
  • Exceptional computer, data entry, typing and multi-tasking skills.
  • The drive to produce and work independently while contributing to the accomplishment of team goals.
  • Experience with trouble-shooting and problem solving.
  • Prior experience in the DME industry with specific consumable medical supply experience a plus, but not required.
