What You'll Do
  • Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
  • Communicate repair progress and timelines with customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Build lasting relationships through honesty, transparency, and outstanding customer service.
  • Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and performance goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
