Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a variety of clinical tasks aimed at improving patient outcomes:

  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide care coordination by liaising with healthcare providers and community agencies to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
  • Offer individual, family, or group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily support adult and geriatric populations who are navigating complex mental health challenges. Qualifications

We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated professional who meets the following qualifications:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
  • A solid understanding of general therapeutic models and clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • Proficient in writing concise and complete clinical notes as well as conducting thorough clinical evaluations.
  • Knowledgeable about social work ethics, community resources, and the mental health landscape.
  • Strong skills in performing mental status examinations and recognizing shifts in patient status.
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships with other professionals and support staff.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be given priority:

  • Experience working in outpatient settings with a focus on integrated behavioral health practices.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits
