Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented Machine Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machining equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are strictly followed.


We have openings in three of our Facilities. Please specify which location is best for you:

  • Franklin: Trains 6am - 2:30 then switches to 12pm - 8:30pm
  • Milwaukee: 7:30am - 4pm, CNC
  • Menomonee Falls: 6am-4:30pm, Mon - Thurs, Auto Welder


Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of manufacturing machinery including print presses, CNC machines, and metal forming
  • Monitor production processes closely, making real-time adjustments to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to design standards.
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing cycle to identify defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety standards are upheld at all times.
  • Assist with material handling using forklifts or other equipment to ensure smooth workflow and inventory management.


Skills

  • Proven experience in press operation, or CNC machining within a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of prepress processes including layout design
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product consistency.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently for material handling tasks.
