Join the team at Grassland Dairy Products, a trusted name in dairy for over a century. We’re currently seeking a Machine Operator to help us deliver top-quality butter and dairy products through efficient operation of our print and packaging equipment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll take charge of running various packaging and print machines, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently to meet production goals. From verifying weights and codes to sanitizing equipment and keeping accurate records — you'll play a key part in maintaining quality from start to finish.

You’ll work with a variety of equipment, including:

  • Quarter Pound & Pound Print Machines
  • Continental Machines (2 types)
  • Seal & Whip Cup Machines (2 types)
  • Whipper, Chips & Spreadable Machines

Along with daily operation, you’ll be responsible for cleaning, assembling/disassembling, and backfilling into other roles as needed to support the overall production team.

  • Comfortable working around machines and following safety guidelines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
