Converting Manager Continuous Improvements

Salary up to $150,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Upper MW

MUST HAVE Experience in Tissue or Paper Converting!

A growing and stable Tissue / Towel organization in North America is seeking a Tissue Converting Manager. This position is responsible for multiple converting lines and has converting asset leaders reporting into the position. As the Converting Manager, you’ll lead the continuous improvement process and enjoy working with employees to build teamwork. This facility has a “family/team” approach and is non-union.

Minimum requirements for this Converting Manager / Continuous Improvements role in TISSUE / Paper Converting:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in engineering but not required
  • Must have Tissue or Paper Converting experience
  • Must be a good Leader with excellent Organization Skills
  • Lean manufacturing experience a major plus.
