About the Role
Essity is looking for an experienced Machine Operate converting equipment that produces napkins, toilet paper, bath tissue and other products within a fast paced tissue converting environment.
The ideal candidate should/could live in Neenah, WI.

What You Will Do
  • Able to learn and apply operating and mechanical skills to operate process & equipment efficiently
  • Able to consistently apply the necessary standards to keep the process under control
  • Understands the Safe Operation of equipment, what it does/how it works & can carry out housekeeping, inspection, lubrication, and perform simple maintenance tasks
  • Lead small change-over
  • Order and prepare raw materials and install them on the machine according Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well with other persons involved in running the machine
  • Secure the quality level of the products by regular checking against the product specification rejecting and blocking if necessary
  • Complete all required documentation and data files during production.
  • Meet required hygiene and environmental standards pursuant to customer requirement

Who You Are
  • HSED or High School Diploma required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of prior machine operations
  • Motivated self-starter with strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability,
  • Support knowledge, and ability to collaborate with small and large teams to sustain production and drive improvements.

$27.34/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
