Job description

Amplify is growing fast, and we need a CSR / Inside Sales Intern who's ready to move just as quickly. You'll be on the front lines with customers — quoting projects, solving problems, and learning the ins and outs of a print shop that turns walls, windows, and entire spaces into brand experiences. We back our team with a gain-sharing framework, real mentorship, and a culture built on doing the work right — not just doing it fast.

Role Overview: This 90 day internship offers you the unique opportunity to work closely with our sales, design and project management teams. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and interested in learning the intricacies of environmental branding. You will gain hands-on experience in both the creative and logistical aspects of our projects, helping to bring ideas to life while ensuring that they are delivered on time and within scope.

Internship Outcome: After 90 days high performing interns will be considered for full-time roles upon completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of estimates, scope summaries, and proof documents.
  • Respond to inbound leads and client inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with production, design, and installation teams.
  • Assist in the development of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Participate in client meetings, helping to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met and identifying any potential risks.
  • Support in managing communication between clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Follow up consistently and professionally.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project management team.

    What You’ll Gain:

    • Hands-on experience in a professional design and branding environment.
    • Exposure to real-world projects with the opportunity to contribute creatively.
    • Mentorship from experienced designers and project managers.
    • A deeper understanding of the project management process within the creative industry.
    • Networking opportunities within the design and branding industry.
    • Profit sharing - Our team participates in company profit sharing because we believe in shared success.
    • Opportunity to work in a family-owned business culture.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Strong interest in graphic design and branding, with a high attention to detail and efficient multi tasking skills.
    • Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as CRM software.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
    • 1+ years inside sales, estimating, or project quoting experience preferred but not required.

    Who We Are:

Amplify Graphics & Branding designs, produces, and installs high-end environmental graphics and signage for professional sports teams, corporate environments, and educational institutions. We’re a fast-moving, high-performance branding partner that combines world-class print technology with outstanding service and absolute integrity. Our core values drive everything we do:
