JOB TITLE: Pop Shop Marketing Intern

EMPLOYER: Nackard Pepsi

DEPARTMENT: Marketing Department

REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager

EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon Hire

POSITION: Part-Time, Hourly, starting at $20/hr

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for assisting the marketing department. This includes working on production of signage, prepping and attending sampling and community events, assisting with social media, and general support to the marketing department.

SCHEDULE: 
  • Now to September. Flexible hours Monday – Friday, between 8am and 5pm. Some weekends are required for events. Ranges 12-31hrs/wk.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work on production of signage
  • Finish out banners
  • Trim out signage
  • Apply signage to coroplast
  • Apply signs on windows, vehicles, etc.
  • Pack up signage to ship out to other branches
  • Understands Nackard Pepsi products and brands.
  • Prep for community events where Nackard Pepsi is the official beverage partner
  • Promote Nackard Pepsi at sampling/community events
    • Golf tournaments
    • AZ Snowbowl
    • NAU
    • Company events
  • Assist with design projects
  • Update social media accounts
  • Learn tracking of donations, calculating costs, and fair market value
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently working on a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business or other related field.
  • Computer skills preferred:
  1. Microsoft Office
