Job description

Minuteman Press is looking for an experienced Print Production Specialist with 3โ€“5 years of commercial print shop experience. We're seeking someone who can work independently, manage multiple jobs at once, and has hands-on experience with both digital printing and bindery equipment. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and become a key member of our production team.
Equipment You'll Operate
  • Konica Minolta Color Digital Press
  • Konica Minolta Black & White Digital Press
  • DTF printers
  • Multi-station heat press
Paper cutters, folders, booklet makers, laminators, and other bindery equipment
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate digital printing equipment efficiently
  • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Perform quality control checks throughout production
  • Operate bindery equipment, including cutting, folding, laminating, booklet making, scoring, perforating, and finishing printed products
  • Package and prepare completed orders for pickup or delivery
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment and production issues
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
Requirements
  • 3โ€“5 years of commercial print shop experience required
  • Previous bindery/finishing experience required
  • Experience operating digital production presses
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining productivity
