 Print Production Associate / Delivery Driver | Lancaster, PA | Full Time

Print-O-Stat is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Print Production Associate who will also serve as a Delivery Driver as needed. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment while also being flexible enough to support logistics and customer deliveries.

In this position, you’ll work in a combination of print shop production and on-the-road delivery responsibilities, supporting both daily production workflows and customer service operations.

What You’ll Do:

Print Production Duties:

  • Operate wide-format printers, plotters, and scanners
  • Produce high-quality prints including construction documents and specifications
  • Perform finishing tasks such as folding, binding, and stapling
  • Review files and job tickets to ensure accuracy and quality standards
  • Maintain equipment and keep production areas clean and organized
  • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Delivery Driver Duties (as needed):

  • Safely deliver completed print jobs and supplies to customers in a timely manner
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring items are protected during transport
  • Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures when required
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
  • Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in print production or a related field preferred
  • Ability to operate or learn wide-format printing equipment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
