About the job Print Mail Specialist
Print Mail Specialist needs 2-3 years experience
Print Mail Specialist requires:
Onsite
Print inspection
Mailroom
Quality assurance
Administrative
Print Mail Specialist duties:
Inspect overall print and mail output quality meets client and USPS specifications.
Inspect reconciliation process of client sent piece counts and print/mail output piece counts.
Observe print, insertion, and Custom Insert transaction processing for compliance with Quality Assurance SOPs.
Support operational compliance with policies.
Immediately alerting operations to QA non-compliance situations by:
Stop non-compliant transaction processing.
Notify shift supervision and/or operations management of non-compliant transaction processing concern.
Cooperate with Operations to identify, assess, and recover from QA non-compliance.
Increase QA inspection of non-compliant production to ensure recovery actions have been implemented, and until desired improvement is achieved and sustained.
