Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for SMT Machine Operator in WESTBURY NY. Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor SMT equipment, including screen printers and pick-and-place machines

  • Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support production goals

  • Ensure accurate solder paste application and component placement

  • Inspect the assemblies and verify compliance with quality standards

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of SMT equipment

  • Follow safety, and manufacturing procedures
