Job description

Become an Employee-Owner with PERRY proTECH! A Production Print Engineer is responsible for providing product service and sales support to our internal and external clients on the Production Print line of equipment.
*We are excited to offer a sign-on bonus for this role
About The role:
  • Provide client support and troubleshooting on all Production Print equipment at a level consistent with performance expectations
  • Provide training to clients on Production Print equipment
  • Work closely with manufacturers to maintain support for the latest updates and bulletins on equipment
  • Perform emergency service and maintenance on equipment when needed in order to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients, including after-hours service
  • Communicate and interact with clients, service, sales, and administrative staff in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements amp; Qualifications:
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the service industry or previous Production Print experience
  • A+, Net+, Fiery Professional, Software Solutions Certification or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Proficient in color management and color correction of print devices
