Job Title: Enterprise Print Architect Location-Type: Remote or Hybrid Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract - 6-9 months Compensation Range: $85-95/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The Enterprise Print Architect defines and governs the client's global print strategy, architecture, and roadmap, driving standardization, security, and modernization across all enterprise locations. Job Summary Develop and maintain the enterprise print strategy and multi-year modernization roadmap aligned to business objectives Define global standards for printers, multifunction devices, print management platforms, security controls, driver management, and cloud printing technologies Design and govern a vendor-agnostic print environment supporting multiple manufacturers with consistent user experiences and centralized management Lead print infrastructure modernization initiatives, including adoption of cloud-based print services and reduction of legacy print server dependencies Define print security architecture and ensure compliance with corporate security policies, data protection requirements, and regulated environments such as ITAR Serve as the technology authority for printer manufacturers and managed print service providers, partnering with procurement on RFPs, RFQs, and total cost of ownership assessments Deliver key architectural artifacts including the enterprise print strategy, global print standards, approved device catalog, and vendor-agnostic architecture framework Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 8 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, or workplace technology Demonstrated experience designing and managing large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise print environments Strong knowledge of print management platforms, cloud printing technologies, and enterprise standardization initiatives Experience working within manufacturing or warehouse environments at an enterprise scale Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance principles including data protection and regulated environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft Universal Print and Azure or Microsoft 365 services Experience with Ricoh Managed Print Services and enterprise platforms such as Client, Client, Canon, or Zebra Background in End User Computing (EUC) architecture Familiarity with ITAR or other highly regulated and secure environments Experience leading vendor management and strategic sourcing initiatives
