About the Opportunity
We are searching for a highly creative and detail-driven individual to become a pivotal member of a fast-paced digital creative team. In this role, you will immerse yourself in the world of premium skincare, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion. What You'll Do
  • Create and manage a diverse range of digital brand collateral, including assets for third-party retailers, email campaigns, promotional banners, digital invitations, social media graphics, and website content.
  • Handle visual merchandising and print-related tasks, from updating existing global assets with translations to developing custom, market-specific print materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design Director to align on project deliverables, timelines, objectives, and overall creative consistency.
  • Take full ownership of projects, organizing, tracking, and managing tasks while keeping the team informed on progress.
  • Provide creative exploration and concept ideas, staying ahead of design and beauty trends to bring innovative ideas while maintaining core brand consistency.
  • Attend briefings and regularly check in with leadership to review work in progress and refine designs based on feedback.
  • Proactively coordinate with other departments and the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery and keep all relevant parties informed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's evolving aesthetic, ensuring all designs consistently reflect its identity.
  • Organize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), asset archives, and branding guides.

Must-have Qualifications
  • Proven, demonstrable track record in design direction, particularly within a luxury, premium, or beauty brand context.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Strong creative skills with an impeccable eye for design fundamentals-typography, color, imagery, and layout-and the ability to apply them within strict brand standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment, comfortably managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently, solving problems, and making informed design decisions while also being a collaborative team player.
