Night Shift Print Technician
Hours: 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM Monday through Thursday
Starting at $20/hr based on experience
Earn +$2/hour shift differential
Looking for a hands-on role where you can see the results of your work every day? As a Print Set Up Technician, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality printed products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No two days are the same-you'll be working with color, equipment, and a team that keeps production moving.
What You'll Do
  • Set up and mount printing plates for production runs
  • Mix and adjust inks to match colors accurately
  • Monitor print quality (color, alignment, consistency)
  • Perform quality checks to meet customer standards
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production running smoothly
  • Follow safety procedures when working with equipment and materials
  • Keep a clean work space, assistant production in maintaining cleanliness of machines and work area
  • Work with your team to hit daily production goals
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable bending, reaching, and working with your hands
  • Good vision, including color recognition

Work Environment
You'll be working in a production facility around machinery, inks, and moving equipment. It can be loud at times, and PPE is required-but you'll be part of a team that values safety and gets the job done.
