Chemical Soap Packager – Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for safely and efficiently packaging chemical soap and cleaning products according to company standards, production schedules, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor packaging equipment and machinery.
  • Fill, seal, label, and package chemical soap products accurately.
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality, leaks, damage, or incorrect labeling.
  • Measure and handle chemical soap products according to established procedures.
  • Follow all workplace safety, chemical-handling, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production and packaging area.
  • Record production quantities, batch information, and packaging activities.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished products.
  • Report equipment problems, spills, damaged products, or safety concerns to supervisors.
  • Follow company procedures for waste disposal and chemical cleanup.
  • Meet production goals while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • Previous packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to safely handle chemical products and wear required PPE.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move packages as required.
