This is a critical leadership role responsible for the safety, quality, and operational efficiency of a high-speed metal stamping department. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operational Leadership: Manage all day-to-day operations for the Press Department, ensuring smooth production flow and high output quality.
  • Team Development: Provide mentorship and coaching to Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leads to cultivate a high-performance, safety-conscious culture.
  • Performance Optimization: Drive departmental success through proactive KPI management and the application of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen/Kobetsu).
  • Strategic Planning: Establish and track production goals, monitor efficiency targets, and implement effective countermeasures for any production, safety, or delivery risks.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Quality, Human Resources, and other leadership teams to ensure company-wide alignment and business success
