The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced Vice President of Operations in and around Pittsburgh, PA for our Healthcare Food Service division, Cura Hospitality. As the Vice President of Operations, you will have the opportunity to become a proactive leader, providing direction for an assigned region.

What you'll be doing:
  • Planning and executing account development and operational activities related to the retention, expansion, and client satisfaction of all business for your assigned region. 
  • Ensuring that company strategy and direction is communicated to and understood by all staff in the region. 
  • Providing leadership and direction to regional management. 
  • Achieving budgeted client retention for the region. 
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
What we're looking for:

Must-haves: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • 10 years of foodservice experience and knowledge of foodservice and federal regulations. 
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge and comfort with all Microsoft Office software products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Ability to travel. 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Experience with contract management, multi-unit management, and/or opening new accounts.
