What is a premium services manager?

Premium Services Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing high-value client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. They manage relationships with premium or VIP customers, addressing their unique needs and coordinating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions. Their role often includes handling escalations, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance the value of services offered. Premium Services Managers work in industries such as hospitality, travel, entertainment, and technology, where providing a superior customer experience is critical.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be a premium services manager?

To thrive as a Premium Services Manager, you need strong customer service expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in hospitality or client relations, often supported by a relevant degree. Familiarity with CRM systems, reservation and ticketing platforms, and event management software is typically required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills help build lasting relationships and ensure client satisfaction. These skills are crucial for delivering high-quality, personalized experiences that drive client retention and business growth.

How does a premium services manager collaborate with other departments to enhance client satisfaction?

A Premium Services Manager works closely with various teams, such as sales, operations, and customer support, to ensure that high-value clients receive seamless and personalized service. They often coordinate with account managers to understand client expectations, relay feedback to product teams for service improvements, and oversee the execution of tailored solutions. Regular cross-departmental meetings and status updates are common, allowing the Premium Services Manager to proactively address potential issues and deliver a superior client experience.

What is the difference between Premium Services Manager vs Customer Success Manager?

Job description

Multi-State MedSpa Sales Manager (Travel)
$3,000 Base + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonus + Company Car + Paid Travel & Hotel + Growth Opportunities

Are you a high-performing sales leader with a strong ability to drive revenue, lead teams, and sell premium services? We're hiring a Senior Travel Sales Manager to join one of the fastest-growing luxury spa groups in the country. In this role, you'll travel to high-priority locations to coach teams, lead in-spa sales efforts, stabilize performance, and ensure a five-star client experience.

About the Role

This is a travel-based leadership position where you will be deployed to one MedSpa location at a time for 60 to 90 days per assignment, depending on how quickly the location stabilizes. You'll manage performance, coach team members, and implement high-conversion strategies. Once aligned, you'll move on to the next priority location.
Coverage includes: Florida, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.
All travel costs are fully covered. You'll return home between deployments.
Schedule: Sunday through Friday (Saturday off)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily sales operations and strategy at assigned MedSpa locations
  • Support new spa openings and align new team members
  • Sell premium services such as injectables, facials, skincare, body contouring, and memberships
  • Train and motivate in-spa teams to exceed revenue goals
  • Coach front desk and sales staff on conversion tactics and service presentation
  • Build long-term client relationships to increase retention and referrals
What We're Looking For

Please apply only if you meet all the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of strong sales leadership experience, ideally in high-end services (spa, aesthetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality)
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
  • Background in multi-location or high-volume sales team management
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and a polished, professional presence
  • Open and flexible availability for 60-90 day travel assignments
  • MedSpa experience is a strong plus but not required if you have solid luxury or consultative sales background
Compensation & Benefits

During Paid Training (First 30 Days):

  • $3,000/month base salary
  • 5%-10% commission on net sales, even during training
  • Top performers consistently earn well above base

After Second Month of Deployment:

  • $1,000 monthly bonus (no absences)

Additional Perks:

  • Company car and fully paid travel (flights, gas, tolls, hotels)
  • 100% covered business-related travel expenses
  • Clear promotion pathway to higher leadership roles
  • Ongoing training and leadership development
  • Employee discounts on all spa services and products
Not an Entry-Level Role

This is a senior-level position for candidates with strong sales backgrounds and team leadership experience. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.

Employment Type: FULL_TIME
