ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all premium customer service platforms, including benefits, amenities, contract execution, and payment processing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement ahead of the opening of the New Huntington Bank Field.
  • Support the sales team by creating, updating, organizing, and managing sales materials.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating special events for premium clients and corporate prospects to support new business development.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients and prospects within the CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development and creative execution of client and partner gifting and engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare and manage premium suite agreements and related templates as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and written communication.
  • Anticipate client needs and communicate effectively to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.   • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the sports and live events industry and/or premium customer service.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, creative mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
