  • Assist with water development: installation, maintenance, and monitoring
  • Assist with hunting/ family/ guest relations
  • Maintain an intensive supplemental feeding program for deer and exotic animals
  • Develop and maintain food plots for deer and game birds
  • Keep detailed computer records of game camera scouting
  • Predator control of feral hogs and coyotes
  • Clean up and beautification of ranch
  • Application of herbicides to manage habitat, fencerows, and water traps
  • Maintenance and upkeep of ranch equipment, vehicles, and facilities
  • Heavy equipment operation and maintenance (tractors, skid steers, backhoe's)
  • Fence construction, repair, and maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service to family and guests
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude and work nights & weekends when needed
  • Wildlife Specialist must have the ability to work anytime from September - February, including weekends and Holidays.
  • Assist with any and other ranch activities as assigned by ranch management
  • Ability to be available 24 hours per day (on call for questions, emergencies, etc.).
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing goals and related tasks
