A Pre Litigation Case refers to the stage of a legal dispute before an official lawsuit is filed in court. During this phase, parties involved attempt to resolve issues through negotiations, settlement discussions, and information exchanges, often with the help of attorneys. The goal is to reach an agreement without going to court, which can save time and legal expenses.
