Job description

Position Summary

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and play an important role in keeping our fast-paced beverage distribution operation moving.

In this position, you will help prepare customer orders for delivery by loading and unloading trucks, stacking and securing products, picking and restocking inventory, and ensuring products are accurately moved to designated staging areas. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.

Essential Functions
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload delivery trucks.
  • Stack and secure products according to company standards to help prevent damage during transit.
  • Load cases from pallets and bins onto conveyor systems.
  • Use tablets, scanners, and other warehouse technology to accurately track loaded products.
  • Pick, stage, and organize customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock products in designated warehouse locations.
  • Move products, supplies, and equipment to assigned staging areas.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and equipment concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and equipment guidelines.
  • Assist with warehouse projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Dependable with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material-handling experience preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screening.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Regular exposure to varying warehouse temperatures, moving machinery, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to safely perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the scheduled shift.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require.
