Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

All Together Recovery LLC (ATR), provides multiple levels of ASAM SUD/BHSO care, including recovery housing, education, job training, employment, and other recovery related extensions to the family in for-profit and non-profit environments. The admissions assistant will be responsible for completing new intake processing as well as following up with new referrals in a timely manner. They will ensure that all clients coming into any facility under ATR do so in a seamless manner from time of inquiry to admissions into the program. Any other admissions related items as directed by the admissions coordinator.


The hours for this position will be Saturdays & Sundays, 8am - 8pm.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRMENTS:

  1. Must have a valid Kentucky driver's license.
  2. Participate in all necessary staff meetings.
  3. Be proficient in all ATR rules, policies, and procedures.
  4. Model servant leadership.
  5. Operate with integrity in all circumstances.
  6. Communicate effectively and be responsive to verbal and written correspondences.
  7. Collaborates with admissions coordinator/intake team to contact all referrals in a timely manner.
  8. Provide general information on services offered by ATR programs.
  9. Collect via EHR client general information regarding mental health, current crisis level, payment options, legal status, and other relevant information.
  10. Identify factors which suggest the referral may be better served by another agency and confirm with the admissions coordinator. Always providing warm handoffs to connecting agencies.
  11. Scheduling applicant.
  12. Process paperwork and maintain records.
  13. Provide needed documentation to enroll clients into treatment.
  14. Coordination of benefits verification, identification of financial guarantor and payment arrangements.
  15. Ensuring client, family, and referent satisfaction with the admissions process.
  16. Internal communication with medical and program managers (involving CEO as needed) to ensure admissions are appropriate.
  17. Pre-admissions communication with client, family members, and referents.
  18. Coordinates and ensures timely processing of program documents including referrals, intakes, and discharge summaries.
  19. Engages in appropriate written and verbal communication with families, courts, insurance companies, case managers and treatment team.
  20. Entering assessment and admissions data into EHR.
  21. Ensuring admissions to the facility occurs in a timely and seamless manner.
  22. Initiate and maintain relationships with external community partners.
  23. Complete projects and tasks as assigned by admissions coordinator.


BACKGROUND/EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent.
