Job description

Learfield is seeking a part-time Associate Coordinator to support on-campus operations for one of our Sports Properties. This role is critical to delivering on our partnership commitments and supporting game day execution, sponsorship fulfillment, and administrative operations. We are looking for a highly organized, dependable team member who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring all interactions reflect well on both the property and the school
  • Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction
  • Assist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displays
  • Support fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)
  • Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint
  • Utilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysis
  • Communicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports Properties team members; assist with select client/partner interactions
  • Provide general office and administrative support
  • Assist with gameday program sales
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet the demands of a gameday/event-driven schedule
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support athletic events
