  • Practice Development:ย Lead the development and expansion of the national practice, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Growth Strategy:ย Formulate and implement comprehensive growth strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:ย Work closely with other departments, including marketing (in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitive landscape, and drive RFP process), Project Management Center of Excellence (PMO) design, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.

  • Revenue Growth:ย Achieve a minimum of 5% year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Market Share:ย Increase market share in target segments by TBD% within the first 12 months.
  • Client Acquisition:ย Sufficient to achieve revenue growth target

Education and/or Experience

Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Planning, Interior Design, Business Administration, or Information Management from an accredited University. 15+ years relevant industry experience preferred, or equivalent in appropriate education and experience.

National salary range: $120,000 โ€“ $190,000 (15+ years experience). Additional compensation includes bonuses and benefits (compensation factors are based upon years of relevant experience, qualifications/licensure, education, and location.) Bonuses can include but are not limited to: Long Term Incentive Plan, Short Term Incentive Plan, Profit Sharing
