The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Practice Management Senior Analyst. This individual will work closely with our Practice Management team as well as our Business Analytics team to support in reporting and analytics and will report to our Senior Manager Financial Analytics. Additional responsibilities will include maintaining existing reports and data sets, provide support in development of new reporting, and assisting in ad hoc data requests/projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain existing reports using Excel and Vena
  • Assist Senior Manager Financial Analytics in compiling report packets and support in regular weekly and monthly reporting using Excel and Vena
  • Support in testing of newly developed reporting and financial dashboards
  • Support Practice Management team with business unit reporting including utilization and key performance indicators
  • Assist Practice Management with Ad hoc data requests and projects
  • Own month end reporting responsibilities in support of the Sr. Manager Financial Analytics, Practice Management Team, and Consulting Engagement Team
  • Be a point of contact in support of Sr. Manager Financial Analytics
  • Draft written analysis on assigned Group and Business Unit performance in support of Sr. Manager Financial Analytics and Practice Management Team
  • Be a point of support/guidance for Financial Analysts

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field required
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2 - 3 years of analytical experience required
  • Law firm and Aderant experience a plus
  • SQL or Power BI experience a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively with end users, peers and managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work successfully with minimal supervision

The base annual pay range for this role is between $75,000-$88,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
