Team Development & Culture
  • Train and empower a high-performing clinical team dedicated to meaningful outcomes.
  • Provide hand‑on supervision, coaching, and feedback that encourages professional growth.
  • Build and sustain a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued.
Program Oversight
  • Guide the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s unique goals.
  • Ensure all programs are evidence‑based, outcome‑oriented, and aligned with ethical standards.
  • Monitor service quality and compliance to uphold the integrity of care.
Quality Assurance & Outcomes

What Sets You Apart
  • Active BCBA certification (required) and in good standing with the BACB.
  • ABA clinical experience.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or center-based environment.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, program design, and outcome evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
