Description:
Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Practice Supervisor to join our Clinical GYN Oncology care team.
The Practice Supervisor, Under the direction of the Manager, Operations Physician Practices, is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the practice and performing a variety of administrative functions related to the practice operations.
What you will do
  • Supervises support staff and all functions related to patient flow.
  • Ensures daily rounding is performed to enable smooth patient flow.
  • Coordinates staff within assigned practices to ensure proper coverage for quality patient care.
  • Monitors attendance for all practice employees. Addresses concerns in a timely manner.
  • Identifies office inefficiencies and proposes solutions.
  • Responsible for customer service and productivity standards within the assigned practices. Ensure that the Manager, Operations Physician Practices, is informed of issues in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborates with the Manager, Operations Physician Practices in all hiring decisions and employee performance management.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Job requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of (5) years of progressively more responsible experience working in a physician office.
  • A Bachelor's degree and one (1+ years supervisory/managerial experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience in all aspects of medical/healthcare practice is required.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills required.
  • Proficient use of computers and electronic medical records.
