    • JOB SUMMARY
      • Coordinates the functions of the back office clinical staff with the physicians and front office staff for various Specialty Offices.  Provides training on procedures as needed. Serves as a Clinical and Administrative Liaison with Specialty Practices leasing facility space and/or staff with Major Health Partners.  Must facilitate high quality customer service to physicians, staff and all external customers.
        Will work with MHP Neurology, Endocrinology offices, and act as a clinical/administrative liaison with other Specialty Practices. 
    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
      • Professional & Technical Skills
        • Strong organizational skills, office procedures, communication skills, and attention to detail is required. Must have analytical and problem solving skills.
      • Education
        • High School Diploma or equivalent.
      • License(s) or Certification(s)
        • Valid Indiana LPN License.
      • Other Skills or Requirements
        • Minimum one year supervisory experience required. 3-5 years experience in healthcare environment is helpful. Ability to function under stressful circumstances involving physicians, patients and staff. Must be able to communicate professionally. Must be able to maintain a high degree of accountability and be able to resolve systems or office function situations.
