The Team

Our Manufacturing practice define business processes, design and implement transformational and innovative solutions for some of the worlds’ largest organisations. The role:
  • Serve as the senior client-facing advisor for SAP Finance transformation programs (greenfield, brownfield, selective/system conversion)
  • Lead due diligence, value proposition, and business case discussions with client finance leadership
  • Own end-to-end solution vision for large/complex SAP FICO engagements — from finance process assessment through to hypercare
  • Provide oversight and quality assurance on FICO solution architecture, design, and configuration across engagements (GL, AA, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, COPA, Group Reporting, Central Finance, Treasury/Cash Management as applicable)
  • Guide fit-to-standard workshops, ensure adherence to SAP and Industry best practices
  • Review and validate high-level and detailed design documents, integration approaches and data migration strategy for financial master/transactional data
  • Ensure delivery governance: risk management, quality checkpoints, and adherence to timelines/budgets across projects under the practice
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities; support proposal development, RFP responses, and client pitches
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of SAP FICO Consultants and Sr. Consultants
  • Foster a high-performance culture and conduct performance reviews
  • Stay current with SAP roadmap (S/4HANA Finance innovations, RISE with SAP, BTP-base
Qualifications & Experience Required
  • 15+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 5+ years in a lead role
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations (greenfield and/or brownfield) as FICO/R2R lead
  • Strong experience of working in Manufacturing sector
  • Strong expertise across core FICO processes
  • Experience in integration across non-finance process areas like S2P, O2C, P2F.
  • Good experience in presales — proposal writing, effort estimation, solutioning for RFPs
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — experience engaging with CFOs and/or senior finance leadership
  • SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA Finance preferred
  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and project governance frameworks
  • Willingness to travel
