Job description

Overview

The Marketing Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing, communication, and community outreach initiatives for the hospital. This position assists with creating promotional materials, managing social media content, coordinating events, maintaining the hospital's brand standards, and supporting internal and external communications. The Marketing Assistant helps promote hospital services, physician practices, recruitment efforts, wellness initiatives, and community events while ensuring a professional and consistent image.

Responsibilities

Assist with developing and implementing marketing campaigns for hospital services, clinics, and community programs.  Maintain marketing inventory, promotional materials, and event supplies.  Perform administrative duties including scheduling, filing, meeting preparation, and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

One to three years of marketing, communications, public relations, or related experience preferred.  Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred. Canddiates currenlty enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in one of these fields will also be considered.
