At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Baker is at the heart of it all. Dedicated to perfecting the
craft, you see beauty in raw ingredients and strive for consistency when you make our
guests' favorite recipes. You'll make the cakes that make people's day, so you'll get to
enjoy yours as well.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepares and bakes all cakes, including bundtlets, bundtinis, and 8"/10" bundt cakes, according to NbC standards and guidelines.
  • Ensures all cakes meet NbC's visual and taste quality standards.
  • Manages baking inventory and communicates order needs to management.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the baking area and adheres to food safety standards.
  • Follows sanitation and safety procedures as set by local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitors baking times and oven temperatures to ensure product consistency.
  • Rotates inventory following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
  • Cleans baking utensils, pans, and equipment after use.
  • May assist in packaging, labeling, and storing cakes properly.

Qualifications:
  • Previous baking experience preferred but not required-training is provided.
  • Ability to follow strict recipes and processes with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm kitchen environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be dependable and have reliable transportation

Work Hours:
  • Early morning shift 4 AM - 11 AM
  • Part-time or full-time hours available based on bakery needs.
