Job description

Description:

West Coast Trial Lawyers is a top-ranked personal injury firm known for its aggressive litigation approach and proven trial results. With over $1.7 billion recovered for clients, we handle complex, high-stakes cases against major corporations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a PPC Specialist to support high-intent lead generation campaigns within the legal space. This role will focus primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads across high-cost, high-acquisition channels and is not an eCommerce-focused position.

The PPC Specialist will partner closely with the Growth Marketing Director to manage, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns, with a strong emphasis on lead quality, conversion performance, and true cost per acquisition. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to drive measurable results in a competitive, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Build and refine campaign structures based on intent, geography, and performance data
  • Conduct ongoing search term analysis and implement strong negative keyword strategies
  • Monitor Auction Insights, impression share, and competitive positioning
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for acquisition
  • Use GA4 and Google Search Console to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities
  • Evaluate performance based on true CPA and signed cases, not just CPL
  • Collaborate on landing page improvements and conversion insights
  • Support PPC reporting and help maintain accurate data collection across campaigns
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for lead generation
  • Experience in high-CPC industries such as legal, medical, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategy, match types, and performance optimization
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on performance trends
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including indexation, canonicals, and keyword intent alignment
  • Comfortable working in GA4, Search Console, and reporting tools
  • Self-starter mindset with a proactive and accountable approach to performance
  • Must be able to work on-site; this is not a remote position

Salary Range: $75,000-$86,000 per year

West Coast Trial Lawyers offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays, along with firm-sponsored team lunches.
