This role is designed for a paid social expert who combines analytical thinking with creative strategy to drive measurable growth through Meta advertising.
You will take ownership of full-funnel campaigns, from planning and audience strategy to optimization and performance reporting.
The position offers the opportunity to manage high-impact lead generation and ecommerce campaigns while continuously improving acquisition efficiency.

Accountabilities

The Meta PPC Specialist will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across multiple business verticals. This role requires strong campaign management skills, a deep understanding of Meta advertising tools, and the ability to transform performance data into actionable growth strategies.

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns, including targeting, campaign structure, creative strategy, bidding, and optimization.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, CAC, frequency, attribution data, and conversion rates to identify opportunities and improve results.
  • Design and execute structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, offers, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative teams by providing guidance on ad concepts, hooks, formats, copy angles, and performance-driven assets.
  • Optimize campaigns to increase qualified lead volume across service-based and ecommerce businesses.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, scaling successful campaigns while maintaining performance targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer acquisition outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, including Meta Pixel implementation, Conversions API (CAPI), attribution setup, and event measurement.
  • Work closely with CRM, analytics, development, and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion processes.
  • Create clear performance reports and communicate campaign insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Meta advertising developments, algorithm changes, and emerging paid social best practices.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a performance marketing professional with hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns and delivering measurable results. This role requires strong analytical abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and experience working in fast-paced digital marketing environments.

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Previous experience working within a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Proven success managing lead generation campaigns with measurable acquisition results.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, and campaign optimization workflows.
  • Advanced understanding of audience segmentation, including Lookalike Audiences, Custom Audiences, interest targeting, and behavioral targeting.
  • Experience with Advantage+ campaigns and Meta's AI-powered optimization features.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and Meta measurement challenges following iOS privacy changes.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing paid campaigns for both service-based businesses and ecommerce brands.
