Zantech is looking for a talented Microsoft PowerApps Developer to provide additional technical capacity during peak demand periods, special initiatives, or urgent modernization requirements. Support all program tasks as needed to ensure continued progress and delivery of critical cloud modernization objectives for a Hybrid role based out of the Washington DC Metro area.

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

  • Provide surge support as defined in program requirements
  • Engage in design, building, implementation and maintenance of innovative information technology applications using MS PowerApps/SharePoint platform.
  • Provide innovative development solutions to effectively streamline customer's processes using MS Power Apps platform.
  • Participate in customer requirements gathering sessions.
  • Conduct demonstrations of applications developed.
  • Research the best possible solution for the customer given limited resources.
  • Hands-on design and development of MS Power Apps applications.
  • Maintain existing Power Apps and SharePoint applications.
  • Develop and maintain design / user guide documentation.
  • Adapt to various technical assignments across tasks
  • Support critical deliverables during peak periods
  • Assist with special projects and urgent initiatives
  • Maintain flexibility for rapid deployment to priority areas
  • Support knowledge transfer and documentation efforts

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

  • 5+ years of total experience
  • Multi-disciplinary IT expertise across cloud, data, and infrastructure domains
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience using MS SharePoint.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience using MS PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
  • Experience with SharePoint development using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS.
  • Two years of experience with Sites, Site Collections, and lists and libraries in SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online and/or Office 365.
  • Experience with GitHub and PowerBI are highly desirable.
  • Experience with Agile development, backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • At least two years of experience providing customer support.
  • Adaptability to various technical assignments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Federal government contracting experience

Preferred Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field
  • Multiple cloud platform certifications
  • Project management certifications
  • Agile/DevOps certifications

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
