AKSA Power Generation USA, in St. Louis, MO, is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our fun and fast-paced team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for problem-solving, enjoys working with a creative and diverse group of people, and can take initiative to research and develop innovative solutions!ย 
Job Summary
Responsible for driving aftermarket revenue growth by selling spare parts, preventive maintenance contracts, emergency repair services, and system upgrades for installed emergency standby generators. Focuses on maintaining long-term customer relationships and maximizing equipment lifecycle value.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage and grow aftermarket sales within assigned territory.
  2. Promote preventative maintenance (PM) contracts and long-term service agreements.
  3. Identify opportunities for parts replacement, overhauls, and retrofits.
  4. Track warranty expiration and convert customers to paid service contracts.
  5. Prepare quotations for parts and service proposals.
  6. Coordinate with service engineers for technical site assessments.
  7. Monitor competitor service activity in assigned accounts.
  8. Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure healthy receivables.
  9. Achieve monthly and annual aftermarket sales targets.
Qualifications
1.Education Background
Bachelorโ€™s Degree โ€“ Business or Engineering preferred
2.Work Experience
3-5 years in generator, power generation, or heavy equipment sales
3.Knowledge/Skills
