Want to be the person everyone calls when they need to make work easier, faster, and more effective?

We're partnering with a well-established organization seeking a technology professional who can help elevate how teams collaborate, share information, automate manual processes, and maximize the value of Microsoft 365 tools.

This is far more than a maintenance-focused administrator position. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping departments improve how they work while shaping the future of a growing collaboration platform environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the go-to resource for enterprise collaboration and content management platforms

• Improve the structure, organization, and usability of existing team and departmental sites

• Partner directly with business users to identify inefficiencies and recommend better solutions

• Support workflow automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve consistency

• Create standards, documentation, and governance practices that support long-term scalability

• Assist departments with reporting, data visibility, and business intelligence needs

• Provide guidance, training, and consultation to users across the organization

• Drive platform adoption and help teams take advantage of underutilized capabilities

• Participate in major modernization and digital workplace initiatives

What Makes Someone Successful Here

• Naturally curious and constantly looking for better ways to do things

• Strong customer-service mindset

• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

• Able to communicate equally well with leadership, technical teams, and end users

• Enjoys balancing technology, business processes, and relationship building

• Acts as a consultant rather than simply a system administrator

Background We're Interested In

• 5+ years of SharePoint Online administration experience

• Experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies

• Strong knowledge of permissions, security, governance, and site management

• Experience with Power Automate workflow development and support

• Ability to partner directly with business users and stakeholders

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
