Position Overview

We are seeking a data-driven product and analytics professional who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations. This role combines data analysis and project coordination with product management responsibilities - ensuring that our data tools and analytics products are adopted, refined, and continuously improved.

As a Data Analyst, you will:
Manage and support major data initiatives and tools within your domain.
Partner with technical and business teams to drive adoption and usability.
Lead product and project efforts from requirement gathering through rollout and measurement.
Proactively seek new ideas and opportunities to advance the domain, staying informed on industry trends and best practices.

You'll partner closely with the Data Strategy Domain Manager to:
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of data products.
Assess and enhance model inputs, data quality, and performance.
Build analytics and metrics to guide both operational decisions and product evolution.
Ensure alignment between business needs, technical development, and delivery timelines.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and BI platforms, along with an interest in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven product strategy. The role also requires a strong drive for self-learning, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, as well as an interest in solving complex problems.

Location

This position is based in Lenexa, KS or Omaha, NE. Relocation is not provided for this position.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Support & Product Enablement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for your domain's data tools and products.
Provide structured, consistent support to users and product stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and clear action plans.
Maintain user feedback channels and translate insights into backlog items or improvement stories.

Data Fluency & Technical Support:
Understand how tools and models work: key inputs, assumptions, and outputs.
Use SQL, Snowflake, or Python to conduct data validation, monitor usage, and investigate user issues.
Partner with Data Products and Engineering teams to resolve tool issues or data discrepancies.
Contribute to the release testing and validation prior to deployments.

Roadmap & Communication:
Maintain adoption and support documentation.
Support project scoping, timeline planning, and resource coordination for data products.
Help track rollout milestones and identify areas for re-engagement or retraining.
Build transparency around progress, risks and upcoming releases.
Communicate updates clearly to business stakeholders.

Launch & Adoption Support:
Coordinate rollout and hypercare for new or updated tools.
Develop user-facing resources such as release notes, how-to guides, and short videos.
Organize and deliver training sessions to build user confidence and tool fluency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with construction or engineering processes and tools.
Working knowledge of SQL and at least one of: Python, Snowflake, Power BI, or Sigma Computing.
Excellent communication skills - able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Attention to detail is a must, especially in a fast-paced development environment.
Proven ability to support digital tool adoption and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
