Job Summary:
KYYBA Inc is looking for a Power BI Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights using Microsoft Power BI. The role involves developing BI data models, conducting data analysis, and creating dashboards to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain BI data models to support performance tracking, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers.
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across BI datasets and reporting tools.
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and operational insights.
• Create advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations for actionable analytics.
• Enable self-service reporting for business users with real-time, accessible insights.
• Provide decision support through scenario modeling, what-if analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate across teams to align BI solutions with business goals and mentor others in data visualization best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or decision science roles.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
