We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial BI Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and developing Power BI reports and dashboards, analyzing financial and operational data, and integrating multiple data sources to deliver actionable business insights. The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Power BI experience, a solid understanding of accounting and financial concepts, and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business opportunities
  • Integrate and transform data from multiple sources including ERP systems, databases, APIs, and spreadsheets
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate large datasets
  • Partner with finance, accounting, and operations teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting environments
  • Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions
  • Document data models, reporting logic, and BI processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics
  • Strong experience with Power BI
  • SQL skills with querying and manipulating large datasets
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources and building scalable reporting solutions
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working with big data environments and high-volume datasets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with RCM
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
