About the Opportunity

FocusPoint, a talent solutions firm, is partnering with a leading enterprise client to recruit a Power BI Analyst. These roles represent the client’s first dedicated Power BI position in the U.S., offering a unique opportunity to shape reporting and visualization practices from the ground up.

The analyst will collaborate closely with a enterprise business groups and a distributed team of offshore resources. This is a chance to bring curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills to a dynamic environment where data is treated with purpose and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
  • Work with enterprise-scale datasets, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and usability.
  • Collaborate with offshore resources to manage data pipelines and reporting workflows.
  • Support multiple business units, including logistics, with a balanced workload.
  • Apply creative thinking to UI/UX design, using visualization techniques (e.g., color, layout) to enhance storytelling and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
