Job description

We are seeking a SharePoint Developer with strong experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Power Apps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing SharePoint solutions, automating business processes, integrating Microsoft 365 services, and supporting secure and scalable collaboration solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and modern collaboration solutions.

  • Develop and manage Power Automate cloud flows for workflow and business process automation.

  • Build automated approvals, notifications, document management, and data synchronization workflows.

  • Customize SharePoint using SPFx, JSON formatting, and modern web parts.

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint content types, metadata, and information architecture.

  • Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and third-party applications.

  • Develop Power Apps Canvas applications and integrate them with SharePoint and Power Automate.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize workflow performance, error handling, permissions, and security.

  • Work with REST APIs, connectors, and integration patterns to support business requirements.

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  • Maintain technical documentation and provide user training and ongoing application support.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.

  • Strong experience developing Power Automate cloud flows, approvals, and connectors.

  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, preferably Canvas Apps.

  • Experience with SharePoint permissions, security, governance, and administration.

  • Experience with SharePoint customization, including SPFx, JSON formatting, and modern web parts.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript is preferred.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Microsoft 365 connectors, and system integration patterns.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
